Our customers love our tasty beef!
Wagyu cattle are known for their incredible marbling, which gives their meat a buttery richness and melt-in-your-mouth texture. Angus cattle, on the other hand, are prized for their consistent quality and hearty flavor. By crossing these two breeds, we've created a beef that combines the best of both worlds.
Our 100% percent Angus cows are bred with our 100% Wagyu bull, so these are a 50/50 cross of the two breeds. Doing this increases the marbling even higher than our Angus because of the extreme marbling trait from the Wagyu. They take longer to mature- typically 3 years instead of 2 years, and they do not grow as large as straight Angus.
