1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on basketflatranch.com, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not place an order. Basketflatranch.com reserves the right to cancel an order at its discretion. We will do our best to fulfill every order but placing an order on basketflatranch.com does not guarantee specific product availability.

2. Description of Products

The products offered for sale on basketflatranch.com are described to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are accurate, complete, or error-free.

3. Prices

The prices of the products offered for sale on basketflatranch.com are subject to change without notice. You will need to pay your remaining balance with us, before you can pick up your meat from the butcher.

4. Pickup

You will be contacted by the butcher when your share is ready to pick up. You are responsible for picking up your order from the butcher when ready. The butcher will let you know when your meat is ready, and you can come pick it up. You pay the processing costs to the butcher when you pick up the meat from them. If you want Heart or Liver, be sure to ask them for it when you pick up your meat as it will not automatically be included.

5. Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Check
• Cash at our Office

6. Refunds

All deposits are final. If you are unable to pay the balance on your beef you will forfeit your deposit.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of basketflatranch.com.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

9. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of basketflatranch.com.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on basketflatranch.com.
